About Us

Codionslab is a growing software development company with a team of skilled developers specializing in custom software solutions. We're looking to expand our client base and are seeking a dedicated Sales Development Representative to drive our business growth.


Role Overview


We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to identify new business opportunities and secure software development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B technology sales, with a focus on software development services. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure with significant earning potential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through Upwork proposals, cold email outreach, and direct client engagement
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients
  • Create compelling proposals for custom software development projects
  • Qualify leads and identify client requirements
  • Coordinate with our development team to ensure accurate scoping
  • Follow up persistently with prospects to maximize conversion rates
  • Track activities and results in our sales pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in software/technology sales (B2B experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience with proposal writing and development of sales materials
  • Familiarity with technology concepts and software development terminology
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Upwork or other freelance platforms is a plus
  • Experience with sales tools (CRM, email outreach platforms, etc.)


We Offer

  • Base salary: PKR 70,000 - 100,000 per month
  • Performance-based commission structure (5% on first PKR 1M, 7% above)
